------- Additional comments from dirkherrm...@openoffice.org Wed Apr 22

Hi,

I have created the original document from oocalc in version 3.0.1 from a
debian system, and that is the very same version that I am currently using.
The info page gives the additional information "OOO300m15 (build 9379)"
and "openoffice.org-core 1:3.0.1-9".

I created the file as an ordinary spreadsheet (that is, nothing magic from my
point of view). There is only text content in the fields, not a single
calculation. There is some formatting info, however.

As I want to organize my documents as plain ASCII files, I selected File/Save
As ("Datei/Speichern unter "in the german version) and selected "OpenDocument
Spreadsheet (flat XML) (.fods)" as file type from the drop down list and saved
the file. Later on, I did not have to explicitly select the file type: after
loading the .fods-file oocalc automatically selected the .fods file type.

In order to make sure that I have not uploaded some wrong file, I have
downloaded the file before.fods from this issue and entered "oocalc
before.fods" on the command line. It opens as expected, so you have got the
right file from me.

Sorry if that is still not sufficient information for you.

Best regards and many thanks for looking into the issue,
Dirk
