(See a value before setlinewidth or lw in an eps exported file.) If the line width is set 0.04cm, then the line width in eps becomes too big though I don't remember the value. Therefore, I have to directly change the values before setlinewidth and lw (e.g. 10) in the exported eps file. I think the line width inside OOo is handled as integer and it causes this problem.
