According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_keyboard_shortcuts F11 is on
most systems (including GNOME Ubuntu) the shortcut for fullscreen mode. E.g.
Firefox uses F11 for fullscreen cross platforms.

Now, Ubuntu considers changing the shortcut for F11 to Fullscreen in OOo on
Ubuntu. See https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/387562

IMHO this is a bad (typical downstrem) approach for seeking a consistent user
experience.

Instead, I suggest that OOo changes the keyboard shortcut for the Styles and
Formatting dialog from F11 to F12 and changes the (in Writer and Calc) existing
keyboard shortcut for Fullscreen mode from Ctrl+Shift+J to F11. The existing
shortcuts for F12 in Writer and Calc must be changed. I have no suggestions for
these 2 at the moment.

I know changing shortcut for Styles and Formatting affects many users. However,
the rationale is to support both native and cross platform use of OOo by
adjusting to existing global shortcuts.

I can create patches if and when the change is accepted.
