I cannot attach one of my financial statements for obvious personal
information security reasons. When I called the Indiana Members Credit Union
(IMCU.com) to report the problem, they had no sample financial statement to
provide for your use.
The database service they utilize is https://www.netit.financial-net.com,
but going to that address gets me nowhere. I have found a page that allows one
to write a request to Customer Service, but I suspect it will just go to
IMCU.com, whose customer service I already had called. To get to the page I
mentioned: https://www.netit.financial-net.com/imcu/cgi-bin/ebs. Then click on
Business Center > Contact Us > Customer Service.
In any event, perhaps you folks will get further than I have gotten by
writing and asking for exactly what you need.
Notwithstanding the above, I assumed one or more of you folks would be
able to replicate the bug by downloading in HTML format a checking account
statement from your own financial institution. I'd appreciate it if you would
comment whether or not the deposit and withdrawal and remaining balance, etc.
numbers still line up with the respective column headings after you used OOo
WRITER to convert it to .ODT format.
Thanks in advance for your kind attention to this matter...
P.S.: At least one staff member at the Indiana Members Credit Union uses OOo
instead of Microsoft Office based upon my recommendation.
