2005 -------
The SdDrawDocument::InsertBookmarkAsPage() first inserts the slides and then
scales them to the desired size. Previously it took the size from the page in
front of the newly inserted page. This does not work when pages are inserted at
the beginning of the document.
Now the size is taken from the first page in the document before the insertion
takes place.
