First it creates the lockfile for the program under "documents and settings\user name\application data\openoffice.org\3 and then it creates the lockfile for the opened file in the directory where the file is stored. When i close the file and leave the program open then it only deletes the lockfile of the opened file and the lockfile of the program is still there. So i have tried some scenarios: 1. copy the lockfile of the program, reopen the program and insert the copied lockfile and tried to save => same error 2. copy the lockfile of the opened file, reopen the file and insert the copied lockfile and tried to save => same error So what is the difference between only open the file in OOo and open the file in OOo, close the file and leave the program open and reopen the file? Please tell me. I don`t have any ideas now.
