That might affect big documents, although it still might be possible to store the small documents, it depends from the amount of free place in the temporary folder. - The temporary files were removed while the document was open. That happens on Mac regularly, since the OS there removes non-locked temporary files there. But some users have the same problem on Windows if they install tools that clean the temporary folder.
