Multiple Alphabetical Indexes

Hi, sorry for my English.

You can not create more than one Alphabetical Index in a Document.
The User-Defined option does not work for Alphabetical Index (works only for
table of contents, there seems to be no option for combining identical entries
in User-defined indexes)

Example

ALPHABETICAL INDEX

Index of places

Berlin........p 14-21
Paris.........p 10-12

Index of people

Caesar........p 17-20
Napoleon......p 10-14

MsWord can do (is complex)
