The "maqaf" is used in Hebrew just as a hyphen in Latin alphabets and should behave just like it. It was properely positioned in all versions till 3.0.1 including. In version 3.1.x the "maqaf" positions itself on the letter that follows it and the cursor positions itself far after the following letter.
