I have not download the new version yet, but probably you can move around 
the icons a try to save it in MS Word and see if they stay where there are 
suppose to be.

I had with newest m93 onto the document and it looked quite perfectly. 
Maybe I
didn't see it, so please if the problem still exists, tell me exactly 
what's
wrong and I will reopen the issue and attach the document here to process 
this on.

BTW: you should have mentioned in the beginning, that you save in MS Word
format. This is essential for it!
