The screen shots for this where taken with Win 7, OO.o 3.2 (m_56 - odficons] but
it is the same for the DEV300m_59 build also.

The windows file manager is displaying Text Templates as Text Files, with one
exception - the fly over data.

- here is a view (Tiles view) of a library that contains a mixture of ODF Text
files and ODF Text Template files.

The case of a Text file (*.odt) all the notifications match:
The file type in the listing tile = OpenDocument Text
The file type in the fly over = OpenDocument Text
The file type in the detail area = OpenDocument Text
