One Font is shown in the drop down list, and it's glyphs are shown in
ADD>Special Character, but when typing or inserting or printing, these fonts are
replaced, either by rectangles or another font. When I make a document using
this font, and copy it to my old computer (Ubuntu 8.04, 64bit, OOffice 2.4) it
suddenly appears correctly and can be printed. This font is called Boxquestion,
and is one of several which I copied from the old to the new computer. All the
others work fine. Why isn't it possible for non-experts to edit fonts, and see
where and why fall-backs are occurring? This font is very important for my wife
as a teacher, because it consists of the shapes of the letters. We know of
nothing similar.
