Open gallery window from Tools. You can create "embedded" (I really don't know the good name of it) gallery by click then keep clicked until few seconds until the vector based pics counturs changed. After that you can drag into gallery's window. The new element will show up in Gallery windows. This may not work for bitmap pictures.
