Brochure printing will try to use A3 paper if you have an A4 document, else the
two pages will not fit. In this case you would indeed use printer properties to
use A4 paper landscape to override the trying of A3.
In a normal printjob Writer does not layout / paginate according to the printer
but formats to the page size of the document; it does this only in HTML view.
This is exactly the behavior that was desired in issue 99162.
