Based on your priorities I think it is definitely P2. When editing documents it happens continuously and would occur on at least every 2nd page when scrolling. Even when highlighting a word it highlights the word on the line below instead which is a pest. It was suggested by a support member that <CTRL><SHIFT>R refreshes the screen. Yes, it does but I have to do it all the time.
