This original defect was fixed and was working until OOo 3.2 which created
another very similar defect. Now the numbers are blank instead of characters.
Excample:
You have an address you would merge and in the post code you normally have only
digits. That's working fine. But some countries has different post codes with
for instance characters and space. Here is a list of possible post codes:
a) 0200
b) 820 70
c) 1454
d) NG725B
Before b and d was blank and was fixed with changing the coloumn to text. But
now in version 3.2 field a and c becomes blank!
