This is OOo's bugtracker, not Excel's. And more importantly; It is not a support
forum. For immediate response use IRC, the mailinglists, one of the forums.

 But anyway:
This is a fundamental limitation of computer arithmetics: The precision is
limited. And once you had lossless converted a number with too many digits,
there's no way to get them back.
