But also applies to OOo / any software that uses floating point arithmetics.

If you need a higher precision, you need to use specialized software, not a
spreadsheet application. To store a sequence of digits, with no need to
calculate: enter them as string. In OOo this is done by prefixing it with a
single ' on input: '12345667
