hallo, me again :-)
the network administrator gives us a "test" acount on the server who is 
refusing the OO-ftp-acces
ftp://testoo:t€s...@81.95.112.92
as you can test by yourself: OO trows a error message "Could not establish 
Internet connection to 81.95.112.92."
They told me that on the serversite there is a session opened but without any 
hint in the logs why it goes wrong.
I am testing on a Windows machine.
i tryed also the BASIC and the API
before i used  a other FTP client (port 22 Passiv mode) toi put a 
file "test.html" on the server
then in basic
print fileexists("ftp://testoo:t€s...@81.95.112.92/test.html";) trows "false"
