sos: Let's sort things out a little: This issue is about a regression, reported
as a OOo 3.2.1 show stopper:

>on 3.1 access with Windows-dialog NO access with OO-dialog
>on 3.2 NO access with Windows-dialog and NO access with OO-dialog

You state that the regression is that Windows file dialog in OOo 3.2 cannot be
used anymore to access files on some servers, like the one you are using. This
worked in OOo 3.1.

=> I have to tell you that I am able to use the Windows file dialog to access
the test server/account you gave me without any problems. Therefore, I will
close this issue as WORKSFORME.

=> All other problems (OOo file dialog, API) are no regressions. This never
worked before. Please file an enhancement request for this.
