Using the ODF icons in the StartCenter and in the File menu is not compliant
with the possibility to configure OpenOffice.org to use MS-Office formats as
default.

I see two ways to solve this contradiction :
1/ use icons not "format oriented" for actions like "create a text document"
2/ remove the possibility to use other formats than ODF as default formats
