The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program Files\OpenOfice.org 3\Basis\program\shltxdll. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator. I AM the only user on the computer and am Administrator privileged - and always have been from day one. When it back out, it had already dumped the old 3.1 install. Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit on a Toshiba Satellite 305.
