Reopened cause the main focus is on changed distances.
This still exists in Dev300m78 and OOo3.2m12 but it works as expected in OOo 2.4
versions and (suprisingly) if you copy from Draw 2.4 to Writer Dev300m78. So
this is regression.
Issue 87831 describes only the failure of changed units which also exists in
2.4.
