Strange enough, OOo currently writes date and time fields as
"form:formatted-text" elements, instead of "form:date" resp. "form:time". Those
latter two are never used, but properly recognized upon reading.

So, to write real ODF not only in a technical sense, but also in an
interoperable way, we need to use "form:date" resp. "form:time", and then use
the XML schema conformant notations for date/time values.
