2010 -------
fs->msc: there's a number of things which changed in the course of this issue:
1. date and time fields are not stored as form:formatted-text, as they were
before, but
   as form:date resp. form:time
Still, old versions should be able to read those controls without any
problem.
2. the notation for the min-/max-/default-/current-value have been changed, from
the weird
VCL-internal representations (e.g 20101231 for the 31.12.2010) to XML schema
   compatible format.
As a consequence, older version are *not* able to properly read those values.
It might
be discuss-worthy whether we should file an issue for 3.2.1, to enable it to
read those
   values.

Note that the above holds for both date and time fields, and date and time
columns in grid controls.
