I checked this issue for German. The entry for 'Beobachter ein/aus' is still
there. As I could read by Andre, this entry were changed to 'Beobachter
aktivieren'. But it isn't the case in OOo 3.3. How is the state for the other
languages?
My suggestion is to close this issue and open new ones for each language.
Because it seems that it isn't a general problem. It a problem per language.
