I will put this in my documentation with attribution. andy_at_signality, What you describe seems to be, for better or for worse, a characteristic of the open source software world, where projects are often started to "scratch an itch". Speaking for myself, I have very little time to spend, so I spend it on CompPad because I know it, people keep requesting features, and I don't see anything else out there that quite does the same thing. Of course I wish the best to developers of similar projects.
