I have no idea how the version of this issue got set to 1.0.0 when I submitted
it against 680m95. I see no way that I can correct it. Could someone with that
ability correct it?

I did a little digging and discovered that the ability to edit this attribute
does not exist in HSQL. It is slated to appear in the next RC release of version
1.8.0.
See:

Will the final 2.0 version of OOo use HSQL 1.8.0, and will a user be able to
update the HSQL version their OOo uses without haveing to recompile, or do we
have to wait for an OOo update?

I wonder at the choice of HSQL for OOo. The interface is so primitive and
lacking in the functions required by a GUI that it cripples the quality level of
the Base applicaion.
