Normally I export it as PDF to send for review by people who don't use OpenOffice. Three separate target systems (including my own with Acrobat Reader 7) cannot print from the PDF produced this way from Acrobat. Printing fails repeatably after a few pages, and this behaviour has persisted through many drafts of the thesis. My own system can print the PDF with Foxit PDF reader. I also have the CutePDF printer driver installed, and use this to "print" the thesis to PDF.
