The entries of "-1" or 4294967295 mean that an object should have been written but was not during the export; which is certainly a serious error. The objects 370, 371 (and probably the rest of the broken ones) seem indeed to be the bookmarks. Unfortunately I have still not been able to reproduce the problem here with the same settings; I'll try some further. It might be that the used fonts play a role which change the formatting of the document leading to different page numbers with large documents like this.
