Terminating OO and restarting and recovering documents means it then works. These are documents I had on my old XP system and never had the problem. New system is Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Merge is from a .ods of names and addresses with some other data and using a simple filter and it does happen with all my spreadsheets and documents - I can provide a sample .ods and .odt if required but will have to sanitise the data first. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
