Both while producing "Mail Merge" documents from the GUI and while generating personalized letters through the Java API on a headless OpenOffice service, started with: ./soffice.bin "-accept=socket,host=0.0.0.0,port=2002;urp;" -headless -nofirststartwizard After about 500 correctly converted documents OpenOffice produces corrupt pdf files. The file size is about the half of the correct ones. The problem is independent from the used font.
