------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed May 11 00:42:44 -0700 2005 ------- I believe I have figured out what has happened. I had moved my jdbc files to a path that had Japanese characters in it (Japanese version of W2K). This appears to have "corrupted" the following file (I was able to recreate this behavior in 1.9.95 and assume it applies to earlier versions): C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\OpenOffice.org1.9.95\user\configjavasettings_Windows_x86.xml At the very least, we probably want a dialog to come up to prevent users from saving characters in the above file that will result in strange behavior I have been experiencing. Other than that, I am quite pleased with where OOo is heading.
