At a conference last year I met people from http://www.pansalb.org.za/ who gave me a booklet with the 11 official languages of South Africa in it. I find "Sesotho sa Leboa" as well as "Sesotho" (I'm thinking of using this instead of "Sotho, Southern"). I also find "siSwati" but not "Swati". Can I assume that the "si" prefix is not used in the English translation of the language name, though it is used in the Swati name itself?
