This is no bug, it is a feature, when inserting a graphic it is placed in the
middle of the actual view, additional the size of the graphic will be decreased
so that it is at no circumstances bigger than the actual page and the actual
view.
If it is reasonable to change this behavior should be discussed by user
experience.
