I use OOo1.9.113 on WinXP. The formula is shown right.
Are you sure, that the font "Lucida Sans" is correctly installed? You can use
the characters g&®*«” to compare with other fonts. For example, the asterix has
a hole in the middle in "Lucida Sans" and the ® is much higher than in other
fonts.
Are the formulae correct, when you write them in OOo in a new document? Are the
characters correct, when you write a new formula in the imported document? What
are the font settings then?
