We _had_ someone who had problems with m118, pls. see issue 52591: Installation
with .msi did not work, installation with setup.exe did.
Only "I had no problems" is not sufficient for a WFM, we need information what
setup.exe does after start. If we _know_ that it only starts
openofficeorgxxxxx.msi, we can really close this issue (may be tasks to do for
'setap.exe' vary from verson to version?). As long as we do not know what all
setup.exe has to do with installation, please leave open this issue and may be
add that hint do documentation - you never know :-/
