If *one* has a problem it's not significant that all will have a problem. It's
not clear what has happened to the download file and how it has been extracted.
Maybe the zip tool has a defect (what we have had), maybe msi is defect (what we
have had) and maybe the download isn't ok (what we have had). If we have only
one problem reported, it might be something for the FAQs but for the readme?
This indicates that we always have defect installation files.
