I got the same error with OOo1.9.122 on WinXP. How to reproduce:
1. Start a new database document
2. Select "Yes, register the database" and "Open for editing"
3. Save the database to, for example, europa.odb
4. Generate tables and forms
5. Save database document
6. close OOo
7. Move the europa.odb file to a new location
8. Open OOo, goto Tools-Options-Base-Databases
9. Delete the registration of europa.odb at the old location
10. Register europa.odb from the new location
11. Open europa.odb
You can see, that the forms are there, but the tables were not found.
The file itself is ok, if I move the file back to the old location and
re-register it, I can open europa.odb and all tables exists.
