The COUNT() spreadsheet function now ignores error results of
expressions and formula cells. Previously =COUNT(A1:A2) propagated an
error if, for example, A1 contained the formula =1/0 the result was
#DIV/0!
This aligns with the behavior of other spreadsheet applications and the
definition given in the OASIS ODFF/OpenFormula specification available at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/documents.php?wg_abbrev=office-formula
