Unlike some years back the list, is no longer monitored by google staff at all. Unlike say with apple, there is no direct phone google accessibility contact either. In fact the list tends to fall days behind on posts now, no one from google reading means spam risks as well.

But there is a small link at the bottom that says "use web version" that
you have to click on to proceed to the simple html version of Gmail.
