It solved my problem:

Yeah this is sort of an interesting problem..
My best suggestion is try running:
$ setpci -d '12eb:*' 40.B=ff

This seems to fix problems with the via chipsets.
Also you may want to try the latest code in the openvortex
cvs as it has a similar fix included.
