Hi list, as mentioned before, i can`t get ac52 through the digital/analog output Jack of my audigy2.
Maenwhile i have some progress: When i do aplay -D spdif SOMETHING.WAV i get an output, so the device works in principle. When i say xine and xmms to send their pcm to spdif, i get nice sound. Nearly. xine plays the pcm-track or downmix xmms does not play my cds - cdrom also connected via spdif to audigy So all digital sources - xine with passthrough enabled and xmms cd - don`t produce neither any sound nor any error.
