First of all, hello to all ALSA users subscribed to the list!

Ok, I've searched the archives for any problems related to mine with my emu10k1 based Sound Blaster Live! Value card and ALSA 1.0.3 with kernel 2.6.3. The problem is that mainly in games the sound get saturated and produces a series of clicks, pops, and other static-like sounds. This is especially true for Neverwinter Nights (v1.60). Other gmaes using OSS do not exhibit the sound corruption problems but rather an "acceleration" in the sound, especially tue for Unreal Tournament classic (UT'99) and games running through WINE/WINEX (these have a solution if I set vsync ON). Anyone else having problems like these?
