If you have a decent 3s LiPo battery pack for a model airplane, there will be a charge balancing connector with 4 sockets in addition to the two socket connector you use to get 12V. Take a multimeter and verify the polarity and any two sockets of the charge balancing connector across which you have 3V (they will be adjacent wires). Wire those two wires up the correct connector for your Telemetrum. Done.
