That's likely caused by EasyTimer going into 'pad' mode because it
wasn't sitting flat on the table. If not, perhaps your accelerometer
just needs to be recalibrated. That might also be the cause of the
failed ignition. Because EasyTimer doesn't log flight data, we can't
diagnose the failure after the flight.
