Two possibilities come to mind:
1) Get enough holding disk space that you can do the level 0 dumps
into there so amflush will take care of it as well as the
incrementals.
or:
2) Look back through the amanda-hackers mailing list archive for
"autoflush" where I proposed and we discussed how to do what you
want. Then spend a month or so coding it up and submit it for
inclusion with Amanda.
