yep, there is one. i'm currently attempting to build the latest release of
amanda-2.4 from CVS. it's my first time doing so, so i've been having some
minor problems. nothing to difficult though.

oh, i have to admit i didn't properly read the documentation on
amgetconf, earlier.
so, on redoing the amgetconf..
gump# amgetconf daily logdir
"/usr/local/etc/amanda/daily/amanda.conf", line 82: an integer expected
amgetconf: could not find config file
"/usr/local/etc/amanda/daily/amanda.conf"
please note, it is there.
line 82 of the amanda.conf is a "}" for closing a tape type.
again, i'm still confused.
