Do disklist entries other than this new one backup correctly
during the same amdump run?

Are those 30 tapes labeled with the amlabel command?

Are they labeled with a string that matches that specified in amanda.conf?

How many of those 30 have been used at least once by amanda?

What is your tapecycle value? Is it greater than 30?

What does amcheck say about the tape it expects to use?
