If you have 3.3.5
$ man amanda.conf
eject-volume bool
Default: no. Set to yes if you want the volume to be ejected
after
Amanda wrote data to it. It works only with some changer and
device.
Add the following to amanda.conf:
eject-volume yes
If you want the development version, follow the link to the branch for
the development version from
http://www.amanda.org/download.php
